This was May of 2018 and my first time attending Warren Buffet’s famous “Woodstock for Capitalists”. I was as excited as a little kid waiting at the Gardening is my therapy music shirt in contrast I will get this gates of DisneyWorld for the first time. Warren Buffett is a personal hero of mine and I had promised myself for a decade that I would come to this meeting, always finding a reason why it needed to wait one more year. The meeting is as simple as it gets. For nearly 6 hours, Warren Buffett and his longtime business partner, Charlie Munger, sit at a table and field questions about the economy, stock market, investments and any other wacky question someone wants to ask. They are brilliant and hilarious at the same time. My seat sucked, largely because I got to the stadium late. We showed up at 5:30AM and they open the doors at 7AM. Seats are first come, first serve. This year, I plan to get there by 4:30AM so I don’t have to watch it all on the big screen.
