If you wear modern slim-cut dress shirts then your t-shirt should fit you snugly. That’s what I wear and I like to wear t-shirts made from a “modal” type fabric. Modal fabric is a hybrid natural/synthetic fiber that’s very light, comfortable and stretchy. Stretch cotton is also a good choice.
